Where can I purchase the ticket?
We do not sell any tickets for public bus. We accept cash for season ticket, and discout tickets.
There is no ticket for the fixed-route bus. You can pay by cash, or use commuter pass or coupon ticket. * Tickets are no longer sold as of April 26, 2015.
Can I make a reservation for Highway Express Bus?
We do not accept reservations for Highway Express Bus. We appreciate your understanding.
Where can I purchase the ticket for Highway Express Bus?
The Highway Express Bus does not operate with a ticket system. As with public regular route buses, you can pay by cash or use coupon tickets.
What kind of commuter pass are there?

Where can I buy a commuter pass?
You can purchase at the counters of each sales office / branch office and sales offices. Please see the list of commuter pass sales offices and business hours.

What is the classification of adult fare and child fare?
The following is the fare classification table:
Adult fare: 12 years old and above (Junior High School Students and above)
Child fare: 6 years old to under 12 years old (Elementary School Students)
Infant fare: 1 year old to under 6 years old (Kindergarten Student or younger)
* Children under 1 year old will not be charged.
How to get child fare?
Half of the adult fare will be applied. Fractions will be rounded up every 10 yen.
What is the infant fare?
Up to one infant can ride for free with an accompanying person such as elementary school student or older, however for the second infant child fare will be charged. In addition, when an infant rides alone, a child fare will be charged.
Is there an all-you-can-ride pass for one day?
We do not sell all-you-can-ride pass for one day or unlimited ride passes. Thanks for your understanding.
Is there a discount for passengers with (physical・rehabilitation・mental) disability certificate?
The fare is 50% for the person who has the disability certificate and the caregiver (1 person in principle). Please show the certificate to the driver when paying the fare. Fractions will be rounded up to the nearest 10 yen.
Is there a discount for seniors?
There is no discount system for all seniors, however for those who voluntarily return their driver’s license there will be a half price adult fare discount when presenting the “driver’s license certificate” issued by the Driver’s License Center. Please contact the “Okinawa Prefectural Police Headquarters Transportation Department Driver’s License Division” regarding the voluntary driver’s license return system.
Regarding boarding a Bus
Is it a prepaid payment or can I pay later?
You can pay the fare after the ride. Take a boarding ticket when you get on the bus and make the payment before getting off the bus. Please check the “Usage guide of local bus” for more information.
Can I get change when paying the bus fare?
The Bus fare box works as exchange type, we recommend to please have the exact amount ready before making the bus fare payment. Furthermore coins and 1,000 yen bills can be exchanged at the money-changing machine next to the driver’s seat. Please note that it does not accept 5,000 yen-bills or 10,000 yen-bills.
Is there any discount for connecting buses use or round trip discount?
There is no such a discount. We appreciate your understanding.
Does the vehicle have a bathroom?
Buses, including long distance buses are not equipped with their own bathrooms. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I get on the bus while on a wheelchair?
It is possible to get on low-floor bus which is called one-step bus or non-stop bus using the wheelchair ramp. Please see the “Usage guide of Low-floor bus” for more information.
Is it possible to ride with a baby stroller?
It is possible for passengers to ride with a baby stroller, however it is required to fold it up beforehand.
Is it possible to get on the bus while using a senior car (steering wheel type electric wheelchair, walking auxiliary aid)?
Please refrain from riding with a senior car because it is dificult to move it to the wheelchair space and set it up, and also it is difficult to safely secure it.

Can I get on the bus accompanied by a guide dog, service dog and hearing dog?
Passengers can ride accompanied by assistance dogs if authorized under “Law Concerning Assistance Dogs for the Disabled”
※Please present the certificate issued by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare when riding a bus accompanied by an assistance dog.
Can a ride the bus with a pet?
You can bring small animals (except fierce animals, snakes) such as cats and small dogs and can be put in a special gauge and carried as personal belongings, however please make sure it does not disturb other passengers.
However, if the crew considers that the pet’s face is exposed or body odor is strong, which may cause inconvenience to other passengers or interfere with the operation, passenger might be refused to board. Also, we also may decline a passenger riding with a pet in case the bus is crowded.
Can I bring a bicycle in the bus as baggage?
Bicycles must be disassembled or folded and stored in a wheel bag, etc. then you can bring it in if you agree to the exemption from liability for damage or malfunction due to shaking. However, if the aisle inside the vehicle can not be properly secured, such as when the bus is crowded, we may refuse to board the vehicle as it may cause inconvenience to other passengers. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I bring a surfboard on the bus?
We do not accept surfboards since it may cause inconvenience to other passengers.

In case I forget something in the bus, what should I do?
We will check for it at a sales office or branch office that operates in the used route. Please see the “Usage guide of local bus” for more information.
Issuance of certificates
Do you issue bus delay certificates or bus suspension certificates?
Issued at the sales office counter which operates the delayed route.
Please inform the date and time, bus route, and section used at the counter. We issue the certificate after we have cofirmed the facts. The bus driver will not be able to issue a certificate in the bus. We appreciate your understanding.
Is a receipt issued when using a local bus?
We are not able to issue a receipt in the bus, however we can issue it at the sales office counter which operates the used route.
Please inform the date and time, bus route, and section used at the counter. You must have a ticket number in order to get the receipt.
Where are business distance certificate and fare certificate issued?
We issue them at each sales office and branch office. Please note that an issuance fee of 500 yen will be charged.
Others
Is it possible to rent a local bus type vehicle?
It is possible, but you need to make a reservation at least 10 days in advance.

About Reservations and Tickets
Can I make a reservation for Airport limousine bus?
You can make reservations online and at convenience stores nationwide. If you have decided on your desired flight, we recommend that you make an early reservation / purchase. Please check the following site for details. * Please note that we do not accept reservations over the phone.
Can I get on the Limousine Bus using cash?
It is not possible to board with cash. Please purchase a ticket in advance.
Where can I purchase a ticket?
You can buy it at Airport Limousine Bus Counter at Naha Airport, Naha Bus Terminal, Yomitan Bus Terminal, Nago Bus Terminal and hotels where you stop by. Please check the “Usage guide of Limousine bus” for more information.
Is there a discount for people with disabilities?
We will offer discount according to the following requirements:
Type 1 / Level 1 … Half price for the person and one caregiver
Type 2, Level 2 to Level 6 … Half price only for the person with disability (However, if there is a caregiving stamp in the notebook, one caregiver can get half price discount)
Regarding Boarding
Is it possible to get on the Airport Limousine Bus even if one does not have a flight?
Certainly. Anyone can use the Airport Limousine Bus.
Do I have to get on and off at the Airport when using the Airport Limousine Bus?
There is no such thing. You can use the service for transpotation from anywhere, hotel, etc. Feel free to use it when moving between hotels.
Can I get on the bus accompanied by a guide dog, service dog and hearing dog with me?
Passengers accompanied by an assistance dog can take the bus if the dog is authorized under the “ Law Concerning Assistance Dogs for the Disabled”

It can be kept in the luggage compartment if the passenger agrees to the exemption from liability for damage or malfunction caused by shaking during transportation. However, please understand that we may not be able to keep the luggage depending on daily situation such as congestion.
Can I bring a surfboard in the bus?
Please refrain from riding with a surfboard. In case it is a small surfboard, it can be kept in the luggage compartment. However, due to the structure of the vehicle, we may refuse to do so. We recommend to please send it separately by courier.
What should I do if I left something in the Airport Limousine Bus?

Can the Airport Limousine Bus wait for delayed flight?
If the plane arrives late, the Airport Limousine Bus will not wait. It does not operate to match planes arrival time, as a general rule it departs as scheduled. We recommend to please use the next bus or any other transportation means if you miss the Airport Limousine Bus.
Is there any compensation for missing a flight because of the delay of the bus?
We are not responsible for any traffic congestion or delays that are beyond our control. Please spare enough time for your transportation since we do not guarantee connection with airplanes. Please understand that we do not provide compensation for damage which is caused by any bus delays.
Chartered Bus
What can I use the Chartered Bus for?
The Chartered Bus can be used for various purposes such as transportation from one location to another and also for sightseeing purposes.
[Usage example] sightseeing trips, school trips, school excursions, events such as neighborhood associations, children’s associations, senior citizens’ associations, ceremonies, golf transfers, institutions’ facilities/factories inspections among others.
It is a pick-up service and transportation service from and to event locations that operates as shuttle bus.
What types of vehicles for chartered bus are there? What is the seating capacity of the chartered bus?
The fleet of our various sizes of luxury coaches are available. The capacity ranges from 24 to 60 passengers seater buses. Please see “Usage guide of vehicles” for more information.
Do you have a Salon Bus?
We do not opperate Salon Bus. We appreciate your understanding.
Does the vehicle have a bathroom?
Buses are not equipped with bathroom. We appreciate your understanding.
Is there a chartered bus that can be used while in a wheelchair?
We do not charter buses equipped for passengers’ usage while in wheelchair, however it is possible to charter a public bus type vehicle equipped for passengers’ usage while in wheelchairs. These buses have limited availability, so we recommend to please reserve at least 10 days in advance.
Is it possible to charter a local bus type bus?
It is possible. Reservation is required at least 10 days before the date. Please feel free to contact us.
Is it possible to charter a bus with a yearly contract for commuting to work or school?
It is possible. Also there is the possibility that using chartered bus, the cost can be reduced compared to the cost of employees paying transportation expenses, and the cost of owning a bus and hiring a bus driver. In addition to commuting to school, there are other various ways to use chartered bus services, such as pick up and transportation between various facilities, stores, hospitals and nearest stations, etc. so please feel free to contact us for detailed information.

Can I charter a bus without a driver like a rental car?
It is not possible to charter a bus without a driver. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there any cost for a quotation?
Quotations are offered without any charge.
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made one year in advance.
Can I make a reservation a day before or on the same day?
We comply with your requests as soon as we can, however there might be cases in which we will not be able to accept it depending on our availability. We appreciate your understanding.
Do you provide a guide with chartered bus?
A Bus Guide service fee is charged separately.
Are there drivers and guides available to conduct tours in foreign language?
We are very sorry, but we do not provide translation services. We recommend to please provide your own translator.
Can you arrange meals, sightseeing tours and accommodations?
We are very sorry, but we do not offer or make such arrangements.
Can I change my reservation?
It is possible to change your reservation, However it depends on the buses availability status, please be aware that we may not be able to change your reservation.
Is there any cancellation fee?
The cancellation fees will differ depending on the date of your reservation and the date when you cancel your reservation. Please see the “Usage guide of chartered bus” for more information.
What kind of procedures do I follow after I booked my reservation?
The following will be required as procedures when you charter the bus.
1.Comfirmation/Destination of planned events regarding travel and itinerary.
It is possible to make arrangements by meeting, phone, fax, and email.
2. Following arrangements for reservations are required.
Parking spot, accommodations for the crew, applications for trafic permits.
3.Payment.
4.Final comfirmation for itinerary, pick-up location, and number of passengers.
We require a final confirmation several days in advance.
About charges
How will the chartered bus fee be calculated?
The chartered bus fee will be calculated depending on the timing, the date, the destination, the time and the mileage. There will be a cost in addition to fees for a toll road, a parking lot and accommotation that are required.

When I charter a bus, how is a fee for highway toll and parking lot paid for?
Please notice that you have to pay for highway tolls and parking fees.
Does the chatered bus fee depend on number of passengers?
The fare for chartered buses is per bus, so the fare does not change depending on the number of people as long as it is within the passenger capacity.
What are the payment methods?
We accept payment by cash directly on the day of usage and/or Bank Transfers in advance or later.
Will it be additional cost for going over the operational hour because of traffic congestion?
We will not charge in case exceding the operational hour due to traffic congestion.
Please notice that passenger will have to pay for additional fees in case exceding the time due to passenger’s own reasons such as change of plans, etc.
Itinerary & Others
Is it possible to request for a pick-up service anywhere?
It would be possible only if it is a safe place for the bus and does not interfere with local residents and does not interfere with the traffic in the area either.
Is it possible to have multiple pick-up locations?
It is possible to have multiple pick-up locations that are suited and are under the nessesary conditions as stated above.
Is it possible to cancel the service when rainy weather?
It is possible to cancel it, however there will be a cancelation fee. Please see the “Usage guide of the chartered bus.“
Do I need to book a parking lot at a destination?
You may need to book the parking lot in advance depending on the location.
Can I bring in food and drink when boarding the bus?
It is possible.
How can I take care of garbage?
Please be aware that passengers are requested to dispose large own trash.
Can I ride the bus with a pet?
We are very sorry, but we do not accept any pets.
Can a guide dog, service dog and hearing assistance dog get on the bus with me?
Assistance dogs are allowed in the bus if authorized under “Law Concerning Assistance Dogs for the Disabled”

Can I bring my own ETC card?
It is possible.
Can I bring in a DVD or CD?
Screening of DVDs, playing of CDs, other than business purposes for which we have received the permission of the Copyright Association, is prohibited due to copyright infringement.
However, images taken by the passenger individually or images that do not infringe copyright can be screened. Please contact us in advance.
Can I bring a child safety seat on the bus?
It is not possible to set up the child safty seat on the bus. We appreciate your understanfding.
Does the vehicle have an insurance?
We have a insurance with coverage in case of accidents of the passengers during a ride on the bus.
However we do not have an insurance with coverage in case of accidents of the passengers out side the bus or at each place you get off. Therefore, you are advised to purchase Travel accident insurance.
Reservation
Is there a reservation system for a package tour?
We will accept any passengers without reservations if there is any vacant seat on the day of tour.
There is a case that you are not able to ride on the bus if all the seats are occupied because of reservation priorty.

We accept an applications by internet 3 days prior to the date of the tour. After close for applications by internet, we accept the applications by the phone until 17:00 the day before.

When is the payment deadline?
It is possible to pay at “Departure of Sightseeing Day Tour” on the day of the tour.
Please kindly pay 2 days prior to the day of the tour. We accept payment at the window of ”Departure of Sightseeing Day Tour.” We also accept payment by banktransfer. Please notice that you pay for bank transfer fees.
Is it possible to pay in Dollars and Yuan?
Only Yen can be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I pay by credit cards?
Payment by credit cards at “Departure of Sightseeing Day Tour” can be available. Please understand that we only accept payment by cash when you get on the bus on the way.

How to get child fee?
It depends on Tour Course. Please see guidebooks for each tour for more informartion.
Will it be cancellation fee?
There is no cancellation fee, however we kindly request to please inform us in case of cancellation as soon as possible.

In the bus Facilities
Does the vehicle have a bathroom?
Buses are not equipped with their own bathrooms. Depending on the course buses will stop at a rest area of highway for a break.
Is the bus non-smoking?
All buses are NON-SMOKING.
Can I bring large luggage such as suit case?
It is possible to keep large luggage except valuables and breakables in trunk.
Can I get on the bus with a wheelchair?
We do not operate a vehicle for a wheelchair, however we are able to keep it in the trunk.
Can you keep a baby carriage?
It is possible to keep it in the trunk.
Can I bring food and drink in the bus?
Eating in the bus is not allowed, also drinking alcohol beverages is prohibited.
Can I get on the bus with a pet?
You can bring small animals (except fierce animals, snakes) such as cats and small dogs that must be put in exclusive cage as baggage.
Please do not trouble other customers with your pet. We may decline your offer when a driver judges that appearance or smell will bother other customers or it will obstruct operation. We also may decline the pet when it is crowded.
Can I get on the bus with a guide dog, service dag and hearing dog with me?
Assistance dog can get on the bus that is authorized as a “Act on Assistance Dogs for physically Disabled Persons”
※Sometimes, you show a certificate from Ministry of Health When you get on the bus with an assistance dog.
To hold a tour
Will it be held even if it rains?
It will be held even if it rains.
Will it be held even if it typhoon?
It will not be held when local bus service is suspended because of typhoon.

Can I change a meal?
We do not accept changes to the meals.
In case the passenger would like a different menu, the passenger might be able to request the change directly at the meal venue, however please understand that the menu change cost will be covered by the passenger.
Is it possible to request for a vegetarian meal?
It is possible depending on the tour. Please see the “Guidance of each tour” for more information.
Is it possible to join a tour while in a wheelchair?
It is possible to participate in most tours while in a wheelchair if the passenger is accompanied by an attendant.
However, please understand that there are places such as sightseeing spots with many steps and uneven surfaces where it is difficult to move around with a wheelchair. For details please feel free to contact us first.
Additional Services/Others
Is there a pick-up service from the hotel?
We have a pick-up service for some hotels in Naha City. Please feel free to ask us when you make a reservation. We recommend to please check the “List of Hotels for pick-up” for more information.
Can I take the bus on the way?
It is possible to take the bus from pre-established boarding locations for each tour. There are also cases in which we might accept a pick up service at a location outside the course, please feel free to contact us as we may be able to respond to your request.
Can I make a stopover?
You are able to make a stopover on the way of course.
Can I make a reservation for a group tour?
There is a tour course for group except some tour course. Please feel free to cantact to the “Departure of Sightseeing Day Tour” if you decide tour course, the date and number of passangers.
