The 3 factors to decide charterage.
Charterage will be decided depending on the date, departure place, via-point, disband place and purpose of use (contents,directions).
We might not be able to take a reservation for chartered bus because there are lots of reservation for school trip comparatively
between winter and spring. We advice you to make a reservation in summer because there is any reservations for school trip.
When is the date of use?
We can confirm the state of vacancy with your date of use. There are lots of reservation for school trip from outside of Okinawa from winter to spring. Summer would be easier to make a reservation.

Payment method of the charterage.
There are 3 way to pay.
We ask you to prepay basicly, however if you will pay on the day of use or later please cantact us.
Prepay by banktransfer.
Our accountant will issue the payment bill to you. Please pay to the companies bank account
Pay on the day
The crew prepares the receipt on the day. Please ready for exact change and pay for the charterage in exchange for a receipt.

Cancellations
The cancellation fees will differ depending on the date of your reservation and the date when you cancelled your reservation.
【To 8 days before the day from 14 days before the day】
An amount equal to 20% of the fee and fare given.
【To 24 hours brfore the day from 7 days before the day】
An amount equal to 30% of the fee and fare given.
【To depature time from 24 hours before the day】
An amount equal to 50% of the fee and fare given.
【After depature on the day】
An amount equal to 100% of the fee and fare given.
※There is no cancellation fee for a natural disaster (not include typhoon and bad wether) or unavoidable grounds.
