Please apply for the tour understanding the following contents.

Our tour operates with a reservation-based system, but we will accept passengers without reservation if there are vacant seats on the day of the tour, in such a case, they can participate. However, please understand that priority will be given to customers who have made reservations in advance. It is possible to pay the tour fee at Okinawa Bus Tourist Reception Desk, Travel Service Counters or at some Hotels (Not all hotels offer tour payment option).  Bus Tour are non-reserved seats, but be aware that it does not operate first-come, first-served basis. Crew Members will guide passengers to the bus and they will select their own seat at the time of boarding. Passengers who arrive after the announcement can choose any vacant seat. Those who need consideration due to any physical problem, please let us know in advance (please refrain from reasons such as motion sickness). Note that during congested days odd-numbered passengers will be required to share seats. Also be informed that the tour might be delayed due to traffic conditions. For those who have any plans after the tour, we recommend to plan joining the tour giving themselves enough time.  Due to natural disasters, weather conditions, tourist facilities closure etc., there are cases in which it will be impossible to carry out the tour according to the travel schedule. Furthermore, due to reasons mentioned before, if there is a high possibility that the tour service will not be carried out, we may cancel it or change the travel schedule or travel service contract by explaining the reason in advance. There will be no refunds in case passengers decide to leave the tour due to their own convenience after departure.

Okinawa Bus Novel Coronavirus Infection Prevention Measures

① Temperature measurement and physical condition check of crew and staff members before starting work related daily activities (Not allowed to work if showing fever or any cold symptoms)
② Crew members and Reception Desk Staff members should always wear a mask and do thorough hand disinfection.
③ Hand disinfection device installation and ventilation inside the Tour Buses and Bus Tourist Office.
④ Installation of acrylic panel at Bus Tourist Office Reception Desk as shield protection.
⑤ Request passengers waiting at Bus Tourist Office to keep physical distance.
⑥ Bus Seating arrangement considering physical distance. (Limited to less than half of seat capability)
⑦ Check passengers’ health before boarding the tour bus. ※ Request all passengers to wear a mask.
⑧ Keep record of all the contact information of the Tour Bus passengers.

More specific measures

【1】When boarding the bus, request all passengers as follows,
① Measures to avoid close contact
Seats arrangement should allow enough space to the front, back, left and right, and the space between adjacent seats should be as wide as possible. Ensuring enough distance as wide as possible between passenger seats to avoid close contact inside the vehicle.  Passengers should seat keeping appropriate distance. As a restriction method, Bus Tour passengers (visitors) with fever or other common cold symptoms, will not be allowed to participate in the Bus Tour. Others　 Bus Tour passengers will be requested to cooperate wearing masks and measuring body temperature. Request passengers to take the garbage with them. (We always keep bags in the vehicle) Basically, refraining from eating and drinking in the vehicle, but as a heatstroke preventive measure, we recommend to drink just enough water to hydrate.
 

【2】Other infection prevention measures

① Opening the windows as much as possible to ventilate, and ventilate constantly while waiting in the vehicle. Ventilation and disinfection measures inside the vehicle.
② Usage of restroom’s hand dryer has been suspended.
③ Make sure to always disinfect hands after removing the mask and gloves.
④ Garbage to which saliva adheres or other type of garbage should be placed in a plastic  bag, it must be sealed, and then thrown in the trash bag.
⑤ Tour bus ticket handling and payment from the customer must be take place all at once  to avoid unnecessary contact.
⑥ Tables, doors knobs, and areas that people frequently come into contact with must be  disinfected appropriately.
⑦ We have alcohol antiseptic hand solution. Crew members frequently use it.  Passengers  can use it as well, so we request all passengers to please cooperate with hand  disinfection each time when boarding the bus.
