For a passenger who use a wheelchair.
The crew help you to ride on a bus, please feel free to ask the crew.
If there is a helper, we kindly ask the helper for cooperation.
(1) Low-floor bus for wheelchair.
You can ride on the bus with a wheelchaire.
The crew set up boarding slope device for wheelchair and secure space. We help you to ride on the bus as soon as we are ready.
We settle wheelchair with a belt when you are boarding for safety.
The crew help you to pay fare and get off the bus .

(2) Buses for not Wheelchair.
Please have a seat and fold wheelchair.
The crew help you to ride on the bus and load the folding wheelchair on the bus. If there is a helper with you, we kindly ask helper for cooperation.
※Please understand that if you cannot fold a wheelchair, you are not able to ride on the bus.
For a passenger who has a difficulty in seeing, hearing and speaking.
(1) For a passenger who has a difficulty in seeing.
Please feel free to ask the crew if you need help to ride on the bus.
(2)For a passenger who has difficulty in hearing and speaking.
We set up tool for conversation by writing inside the bus, please feel free to ask the crew when you need it.
For a passenger who has a assistance dog
Assistance dog guide dog,hearing assistance dog , service dog can get on the bus that is authorized as a “Act on Assistance Dogs for physically Disabled Persons.”
※Sometimes, you show a certificate from Ministry of Health When you get on the bus with an assistance dog.”
