Application Procedure

(1) For applications made in person at our offices, submission of the designated application form is required.

(2) For reservations made via telecommunication methods (such as telephone): The completed application form and full payment of the tour fare must be submitted no later than 3 days prior to the day preceding the tour start date, calculated counting backward from the tour start date, starting from the day our company accepts the reservation. *Tour fares will be treated as part or all of the "Tour Fare," "Cancellation Charge," or "Penalty Charge."

(3) Please inform us at the time of application if any traveler: a. Has a physical disability, b. Is in poor health, c. Is pregnant, d. Uses an assistance dog, e. Requires any other special considerations. Our company will accommodate such requests within reasonable limits. Any costs incurred for special measures taken by our company based on the customer's request shall be borne by the customer.

(4) Minors applying for a tour require written consent from a parent or legal guardian at the time of application.

(5) Terms for customers requesting a travel contract via Communications Contract:
● ① We partner with specific credit card companies. Only credit cards issued by these affiliated companies may be used.
● ② Customers who review and agree to the content posted in our official website may apply for travel via telephone, mail, FAX, e-mail, or other communication means. However, if submission of the application form and payment cannot be made in person at our office, the travel contract shall be established once the funds are transferred to our designated bank account and confirmed by the relevant financial institution.
● ③ A Communications Contract is established when our company issues a notice accepting the contract. However, if notification of acceptance is sent via voicemail, email, FAX, etc., the contract is established when the notification reaches the applicant.

Tour Fares

● a. Adult Fare: Applies to travelers who are 12 years of age or older on the tour start date. Child Fare: Applies to children who are between 6 and 11 years of age (elementary school students) on the tour start date. Infant Fare: Applies to infants who are between 3 and 4 years of age (under 5) on the tour start date.
● b. The single occupancy surcharge applies equally per person for both adults and children.

Additional Fares

(7) "Additional Fares" refer to extra fees added to the base tour fare when specifically selected, including: ① Single room surcharges, ② Additional accommodation charges for extended stays, ③ Participation fees for optional tours, ④ Admission tickets for sightseeing facilities or event entry fees

Standard Tour Fare

(8) The standard tour fare used for calculating deposit amounts, cancellation charges, and itinerary modification compensation refers to the total fare, including any Additional Fares.

Modifications to Contract Content and Fares

● ① Our company may modify the contract content in the event of natural disasters, acts of war, riots, suspension of services by transport/accommodation providers, orders from government authorities, provision of transport services not according to the original plan, or other circumstances beyond our control. Tour fares may also be adjusted accordingly. In the event of a fare increase, we will notify the customer prior to the 10th day counting backward from the day before the tour start date.
● ② In tours where a single room surcharge is levied on customers using single rooms when applying with an odd number of travelers, if one participant cancels the contract and leaves another participant using a single room, the canceling customer will be charged the cancellation fee, and the remaining customer using the single room will be charged the single room surcharge.

Cancellation Fee Charged (Cancellation by Customer)

(10) Customers may cancel the travel contract by paying the specified cancellation fee.
① The specified cancellation fee will apply even if the cancellation is due to personal loans, procedures, or other reasons not attributable to our company.
② The tour fare subject to the cancellation fee refers to the sum of the specified tour fare plus any Additional Fares noted in item (7).

No Cancellation Fee Charged (Cancellation by Customer)

(11) No cancellation fee will be charged in the following cases:
① When important modifications are made to the contract details, such as:
a. Changes to the tour start or end date
b. Changes to sightseeing spots, facilities, or other travel destinations
c. Changes to the type or company name of transportation carriers
d. Downgrades in the class or amenities of transportation carriers
e. Changes to the type or name of accommodation facilities
h. Changes to room type, facilities, view, or other room conditions at accommodation facilities
② When the tour fare is increased.
③ When our company fails to deliver the finalized itinerary by the specified date.
④ When execution of the travel itinerary as originally planned becomes impossible due to causes attributable to our company.

Cancellation of Contract by Our Company

(12) Our company may cancel the travel contract under circumstances including (but not limited to) the following:
a. When the tour fare is not paid by the due date.
b. When eligibility requirements for application are not met.
c. When smooth execution of the tour becomes impossible due to illness or other factors that hinder group activities.

Liability of Our Company

(13) Our company will compensate the customer for damages caused by us or our arrangement agents. However, as a general rule, we shall not be held liable in the following cases: when the customer suffers damages due to natural disasters, war, riots, the suspension of travel services (such as transportation or accommodation) provided by third parties, orders from government authorities, or other causes beyond the control of us or our arrangement agents.

Special Compensation

(14) Under the Special Compensation Rules of our Terms and Conditions for Travel Services, our company will pay compensation for certain damages to life or body suffered by customers during tour participation due to sudden and accidental external accidents: 
Death Compensation: 15,000,000 JPY (Domestic Travel), Hospitalization Allowance: 20,000 to 200,000 JPY (depending on the duration of hospitalization), Outpatient Allowance: 10,000 to 50,000 JPY (depending on the number of outpatient visits)
*(Note: Days explicitly stated in the itinerary as having no travel services provided by our company are excluded from "during tour participation," and no compensation will be paid for damages incurred on those days. Furthermore, this compensation does not apply to damage caused by customers to our company/facilities or to the damage/loss of personal belongings).

Itinerary Compensation

(15) If any changes listed in the table below occur, our company will pay an Itinerary Alteration Compensation calculated by multiplying the tour fare by the rate specified below, in accordance with the According to the provisions of the Travel Agency Terms and Conditions (Package Tour Contract Section). However, the maximum amount of Itinerary Alteration Compensation paid per travel contract shall not exceed 15% of the total tour fare. If the calculated compensation is less than 1,000 JPY, no compensation will be paid. The tour fare used as the calculation base includes the base fare plus any Additional Fares noted in item (7).

Responsibilities of the Customer

(16) If our company incurs damages due to intentional misconduct or negligence by the customer, the customer shall compensate our company for damages.
Customers must make efforts to utilize provided information and understand their rights, obligations, and contract terms. If a customer notices at the destination after the tour has begun that provided travel services differ from the contract terms, they must promptly report this to our company, our local agent, or the service provider.

Reporting Accidents and Incidents

(17) If an accident or emergency occurs during the tour, please notify the contact point indicated in your final itinerary immediately. (If circumstances prevent immediate notification, please report as soon as the impediment resolves.)

Handling of Personal Information

(18) Our company and the entrusted travel agencies listed in the "Sales Office" section will use the personal information submitted in application forms for communication with customers, as well as to the extent necessary for arranging transport/accommodation services and completing procedures for receiving those services for the booked tour.
*Additionally, our company and retail partners may use customer personal information for:
① Providing information on products, services, and campaigns from our company and affiliated partners.
② Requesting feedback and opinions after tour completion.
③ Conducting customer surveys.
④ Providing special benefit services.
⑤ Preparing analytical data for future tour planning.
