Our airport limousine buses provide comfortable transportation to major resort hotels in the central and northern regions of Okinawa Island.Even if you have a lot of luggage or are traveling with children, rest assured that the airport limousine bus will take you directly to your hotel.Our reservation-only airport limousine bus will comfortably support your trip to Okinawa.
※Airport Limousine Bus is the bus (Local Bus) to operate based on the Road Transport Law.
We kindly ask for your cooperation with using the bus.
Purchase a ticket
You cannot board the bus if you do not have a ticket or if the bus is full.
Cash payments are not accepted on the bus, so please be sure to purchase your ticket in advance.

We also accept reservations for airport limousine buses for groups of 10 or more people.
Applications are open to individuals and corporations alike, catering to a variety of needs, including seminars and clubs, company trips, and wedding attendance.

[Guidelines for group use]
・Reservations can be made up to one month prior to the travel date.
*Please contact us as soon as possible if you are planning to use the facility for more than 20 people.
・The bus will operate according to the timetable and route valid on the day of use.
・There are no group discount fares.
・Bus fares can be paid in cash at the “Airport Limousine Information Center” domestic terminal at Naha Airport or Naha Bus terminal.

We will take the bus from the customers waiting at the bus stop in order, so please come to the bus stop a little early.
Notes regarding time schedules and transfer times
The timetable is an estimate of bus operating times.
Bus departures and arrivals may be delayed due to traffic conditions, weather, or other reasons, so please allow extra time when planning your schedule.Please note that the operating company will not be held responsible for any damages incurred due to delays.
[Regarding buses departing from Naha Airport]
As departures are scheduled according to our company’s timetable, we do not make any adjustments to the schedule due to flight delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please allow approximately 60 minutes between your flight and your transfer to the limousine bus.
[Regarding buses arrival to airport ]
Please allow a gap of approximately 120 minutes between the scheduled bus arrival time and the flight departure time.
If you require a delay certificate at the request of your airline, it can be issued at the Airport Limousine Bus Information Center on the 1st floor of the Domestic Terminal at Naha Airport.
Please prepare enough time for transportation.
There is a case to be delayed the bus by the weather, the traffic regulations and the heavy traffic, please prepare enough time for transportation.

<About reimbursement of tickets>Refund location
To receive a refund for your ticket, please bring it to the ticket office where you purchased it. Refunds can not be made except where you purchased it. be careful.
For refunds of travel agencies, convenience stores, tickets purchased through the Internet, please contact the inquiries listed on the ticket.
<About reimbursement of tickets>Refund due date
We will process the refund only if you offer before departure time stated on the ticket.
Please note that we will not accept any cancellation after the departure time stated in the ticket.
<About reimbursement of tickets>Refund fee
A refund fee of 100 yen per person will be charged.
A refund fee may apply separately for refunds of travel agencies, convenience stores, and tickets purchased via the Internet. For details, please contact the contact address stated on the purchased tickets.
Flow of boarding.
To each hotel from Airport
If you have a ticket please come directly to the 1th bus stop.
Customers who do not have a ticket, please purchase a ticket at the airport Limousine Information office in Naha Airport Domestic Arrival Lobby.
Cash payments are not accepted on the bus, so please be sure to purchase your ticket in advance.
To each hotel from Naha Bus Terminal
Customers who do not have a ticket, please purchase a ticket at the Airport Limousine Information office in Naha Bus Terminal Lobby and come to the 11th bus stop.
Customers with coupons issued by a travel agency will have to take a ticket at the airport limousine information office in the Naha Bus Terminal lobby and come to the 11th bus stop.
Please note that coupon tickets can not board the bus.
Cash payments are not accepted on the bus, so please be sure to purchase your ticket in advance.
Between each hotel, or to Naha bus terminal/Airport from each hotel
If you do not have a ticket, you must purchase a ticket at the hotel and come to the bus stop.
※Hoshino Resorts BEB5 Okinawa Seragaki does not sell tickets within the hotel.

Information for the luggage
Put the large luggage in the trunk.
The crew helps for loading and unloading the luggage.
Please put a tag with your name and contact number to your luggage to prevent a mistake that taking one thing to be another.
Limited to two items per person, total weight of 30 kg or less, and volume of each item of 50 cm x 60 cm x 120 cm or less. However, we will accept golf equipment, fishing gear, etc.
Please understand that we cannot take something, such as a large surfboard because of structural reason.
※Please note that we are not responsible for any damage, soiling, loss, or mix-up of luggage placed in the trunk or inside the vehicle.
The things which we cannot keep in the trunk.
・Valuables (Cash, Precious metals, Passport, etc.)

・Pets (“Passenger with pet” for more information)

The things that you do not allow to bring in the bus.

※ The bus company is not responsible for anything that happens, such as damage, lost and taking one thing to be another, to the things that you bring inside a bus or in the trunk.
Passenger with disabilities.
Passenger who use a wheelchair.
Passenger with a guide dog, service dag or hearing dog.
Sometimes, you show a certificate from Ministry of Health When you get on the bus with an assistance dog.
Discount
Half price for person who has a certificate and a helper.
※Only disability certificates issued within Japan are valid.
※Proof must be presented when purchasing a ticket.
※Rounded up by 10yen.
Passenger with the pet.
You can bring small animals (except fierce animals, snakes and others) such as cats and small dogs that must come in exclusive cage as baggage.
Please do not trouble other customers with your pet. We may decline your offer when a driver judges that appearance or smell will bother other customers, or it will obstruct operation. We also may decline the pet when it is crowded. It is not possible to keep your pet in the trunk.
Manners in the bus.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation to spent time comfortably.
Please fasten your seat belt.
To fasten one’s seatbelt while driving express way hat been legally requested from June 1st in 2008.
No smoking in the bus. You are requested to refrain from smoking nearby the bus stop to avoid inconveniencing customers.
Please put your luggage in the trunk or on a rack for another passenger instead of putting your luggage on the seat.
Please be careful of conversation a loud voice and sound of a radio or music player to avoid inconveniencing customers.
Bringing food and other items onto the bus is prohibited, but for drinks, you may only bring drinks in containers that can be sealed with a cap, such as plastic bottles, other than alcoholic beverages.
Please take care not to use a cell phone to avoid inconveniencing customers.
Notes
Airport Limousine bus dose not operate to match the arrival time of plane, it departs on schedule as a general rule. Please use next one or other transportation if you miss the limousine bus.
We are not responsible for any traffic congestion delays which are beyond our control. Please prepare enough time for transportation. Please notice that we do not provide compensation for damage which is caused by delay of the bus.
Please confirm the destination of the bus to avoid mistaking the bus.
Buses are not equipped with their own bathrooms. Please go to the bathroom before you get on the bus.
Please be careful not to lose the ticket. If you lose your ticket, it cannot be reissued, so please keep it safe until you board the bus.
There is a cancellation fee for cancellation of the ticket and a refund of the ticket. Please make sure <About reimbursement of tickets> for more information.
Please understand that it is a stopover invalidity.
