Development of employment environment to support to be successful at both work life and family life of workers of raising a child

(1) Secure the employee for backup during child care leave.

(2)Placement on the duties and departments that are same as a just before suspension of business after taking a child care leave.

(3)Enforcement of education and training such as return program for employee who returns to work after taking a child care leave

(4)Be able to take a hourly leave to nurse children. (A occupation exclude the crew)

(5)Dissemination of the systems of leave for before and after childbirth based on Child Care and Family Care Leave Law.

Development of a various working conditions that contribute to the review of the way of working.

(1)Acquisition acceleration of planned annual leave during the offseason.

(2)Enforcement of the refresh leave system.

(1)Accept a workplace tour for children to see that their parents are working

(2)An offer of work experience such as a internship for young people.
